Senior Software Engineer & Architect - Remote

Pearson is looking for a Senior Software Engineer / Architect to join their engineering team. This hands-on role will involve owning large portions of the codebase, driving architectural decisions, and mentoring senior engineers.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in software development, particularly in Ruby on Rails, React, AWS, and PostgreSQL. You will play a key role in shaping Pearson's engineering practices and technical direction.

Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $180,000, complemented by benefits and an annual incentive program.
