Senior Systems Analyst Banner

To support the Student Information System initiatives, the full-time Senior Systems Analyst, Banner will analyze existing systems, recommend improvements, and serve as a liaison between various teams while working remotely from approved states. Key responsibilities Ensure system design meets functional, security, and performance requirements while resolving complex problems with urgency Develop expert-level knowledge of the Banner Student Module and act as the primary contact for business and technical inquiries Document technical specifications, perform impact analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the Software/System Development Lifecycle Required qualifications 5+ years of experience as an analyst leading complex enterprise information systems programs Experience with the Banner Student Information System and its data model Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Familiarity with Software/System Development Lifecycle and integration methods Knowledge of security standards and architecture
