Lead Software Developer

To shape the premier quoting platform for small business insurance consumers, the full-time remote Lead Software Developer will build and enhance digital experiences, collaborating with business leaders and utilizing modern cloud technologies. Key responsibilities Develop and enhance software applications for the quoting platform Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes Participate in an on-call support rotation as needed Required qualifications Minimum of 9 years of related work experience in programming and supporting software applications Completion of a technical training program and a minimum of 6 years of related work experience, or a Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field with at least 6 years of experience Advanced front-end development experience with Angular (v8 and up) Strong hands-on AWS development skills, including API Gateway and Lambda Full-stack development experience with solid object-oriented programming skills
