Founded in 2011, it initially provided acquisition and supply chain management services to the U.S. Coast Guard. Over the past decade, the company has expanded its offerings to include infrastructure resiliency, contact center operations, IT, software engineering, program management, strategic communications, engineering, and cybersecurity, serving both commercial clients and federal agencies including DHS, DoD, and other civilian agencies.

Position Overview

Pantheon Data is seeking a Cyber Resilience Program Management Consultant to lead cyber resilience planning across acquisition programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop cyber resilience strategies and baselines.
  • Conduct cyber tabletop exercises and assessments.
  • Coordinate vulnerability and adversarial testing.
  • Support RMF and ATO processes.
  • Advise leadership on cyber risks and mitigation.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or Engineering.
  • 7+ years of cybersecurity or program management experience.
  • Knowledge of NIST, RMF, and the acquisition lifecycle.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively remotely in cross‑functional teams.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint).

Clearance Requirements

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements. Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required at hire.

Work Location

Hybrid – Washington, D.C. Flexibility and collaboration are emphasized; periodic work may occur in Pantheon Data offices or client sites as needed.

Compensation

Salary range: $100,000 – $160,000. Final salary is determined by experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements and may fall outside this range.
