We’re looking for a senior full-stack engineer to help build the core tools that power our business—from customer-facing sales flows to internal operations software. You’ll work closely with the CTO, CEO, and a contract designer to ship high-impact features and shape the engineering culture from the ground up.
Our stack is Remix + Django + Postgres , deployed on Render.
What You’ll Do Build and maintain key parts of our product across the stack
Design tools that streamline quoting, scheduling, and fulfillment
Help define product scope and direction with leadership
Own projects end-to-end, from architecture to deployment
Collaborate on UX with support from our contract designer
Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews
What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience building production software
Strong full-stack skills and experience working across the frontend and backend
Proven ability to ship features with high product impact
Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
Strong understanding of web fundamentals
Passion for our mission and interest in home electrification
Bonus Points Experience with Remix , Django , or similar tools
Experience at a startup or fast-growing company
Interest in climate tech, energy, or the built environment
Compensation & Benefits $140,000–$180,000 salary depending on experience
