Full Stack Developer Lead

To support a leading auditing client, the remote Full Stack Developer Lead will manage the development of production-grade GenAI applications using Python and React, while overseeing an onshore and offshore team. Key responsibilities: Lead the development of GenAI applications utilizing ReactJS and Python Manage a team of 5+ members across onshore and offshore locations Facilitate communication between business and technology leadership Required qualifications: Proficiency in ReactJS, Python, and Lang chain At least 10 years of relevant work experience Experience with 1-2 production-grade GenAI applications Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication abilities
