Job Description

Providing front-line support for mortgage applications, the full-time Mortgage Application Support Specialist will resolve issues for internal staff and clients across lending platforms, manage support tickets, and contribute to process improvements while working remotely. Key responsibilities Deliver phone and ticket-based application support, ensuring timely resolutions for internal staff and clients Monitor support queues and manage assigned tickets, documenting troubleshooting steps and outcomes Escalate complex issues to the Application Support Team Lead and contribute to the team's knowledge base Required qualifications 5+ years of mortgage software support experience, including knowledge of loan origination and servicing platforms Familiarity with mortgage compliance regulations such as GFE, TIL, and TRID Experience managing support tickets in an enterprise ITSM/ticketing platform Strong customer service orientation with the ability to support both internal and external clients Availability to work flexible hours, including participation in off-hours coverage rotation
