IT Business Systems Analyst Lead

Leading business analysis efforts, the IT Business Systems Analyst Lead will work remotely or in a hybrid capacity to gather requirements, analyze processes, and design technology solutions that align with strategic goals. Key responsibilities: Lead requirements elicitation and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements through formal business analysis practices Develop functional, conceptual, and logical design documentation, including data models and business case materials Support operations and finance systems through implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ongoing application support Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred in a health-related field, business, computer science, or a related area, or equivalent experience 10+ years of work experience in business or systems analysis within the IT development field, with at least 3 years in the healthcare industry Proficiency in documenting logical diagrams, flows, and other types of documentation Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, change management, and SCRUM/Agile processes Experience with relational databases and SQL, along with familiarity with application lifecycle or test management tools
