Pantheon Data (a Kenific Holding company) is a private, small business based in the Washington, DC area. Founded in 2011, the company initially provided acquisition and supply chain management services to the U.S. Coast Guard. Over the past decade the service offerings have expanded to include infrastructure resiliency, contact center operations, information technology, software engineering, program management, strategic communications, engineering, and cybersecurity. Clients now include commercial organizations and federal agencies such as DHS, DoD, and other civilian agencies.

Position Overview

Cyber Resilience Program Management Consultant – responsible for leading cyber resilience planning across acquisition programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop cyber resilience strategies and baselines.
  • Conduct cyber tabletop exercises and assessments.
  • Coordinate vulnerability and adversarial testing.
  • Support RMF and ATO processes.
  • Advise leadership on cyber risks and mitigation.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity/IT/Engineering.
  • 7+ years of cybersecurity/program experience.
  • Knowledge of NIST, RMF, and acquisition lifecycle.
  • PMP preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite software (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint).

Clearance Requirements

Active Top Secret / SCI Clearance is required at hire. Applicants selected will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements.

Work Location

Hybrid – Washington, D.C.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $160,000. Compensation will be based on experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
