Are you life licensed in the state of California and have your Series 65 /or 66 financial fiduciary designation who wants more?

We are seeking a motivated, growth-oriented Junior Financial Advisor to join our team through a one-year paid mentorship program designed to help the right person grow into an independent, confident, and highly skilled advisor.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to be developed, not just hired.

You will work directly alongside an experienced fiduciary advisory team, receive hands-on coaching, and learn a proven, relationship-driven planning process that goes far beyond product sales. At the end of the mentorship period, the goal is for you to transition into working independently as a successful advisor within our firm.

  • Life & Health Insurance License
  • Series 65 or 66 License
  • Clear path to higher earnings and independence
