AI Application Developer

To drive the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions, the full-time remote AI Application Developer will lead the creation of applications, collaborate with stakeholders, and establish technical standards across the firm. Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end development of AI-powered applications, including large language model integrations and autonomous agent frameworks Establish coding standards and DevOps pipelines for AI projects, ensuring reliable deployment and monitoring Act as a trusted technical advisor, translating business requirements into technical specifications and leading solution design sessions Required qualifications 5+ years of software or AI development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical lead or architect role Hands-on expertise with large language models, prompt engineering, and orchestration frameworks Proficiency with Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps Strong SQL skills, including data modeling and query optimization Experience implementing Model Context Protocol or similar agent communication protocols
