Establish and grow Booz Allen’s Commercial Post Quantum Cryptography (PQC) practice. Define the PQC team’s direction, standards and requirements for services, and solutions sold to Booz Allen Commercial customers. Enable businesses to understand risks and overall security posture of their existing and new quantum cryptography constructs. Educate and influence client executive and engineering teams on PQC best practices. Work proactively with leaders across all levels to design, implement, and support solutions that ensure clients have a quantum‑resistant and best practice approach across their enterprise. Work jointly with leaders across products, IT, networking, infrastructure, and other teams to ensure architectures, systems, and designs properly consider PQC best practices. Lead, hire, and inspire teams of PQC experts to perform security reviews, develop cryptographic inventories, develop and implement PQC pilots, and migrate tools and technology to be quantum resistant. Lead the delivery of assessments of cryptographic environments, provide recommendation and remediation plans along with development, implementation, and support of operational models supporting solutions and services that meet client requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $162,800.00 to $303,000.00 (annualized USD).
