Remote Building Code & Permitting Specialist for Compliance

Mercor is looking for Building Code & Permitting Specialists to develop AI systems that streamline construction permitting. This role involves providing expertise in building codes to review and validate construction-related data.

The ideal candidates will have strong familiarity with permitting processes and ideally have backgrounds as Permit Expeditors, Architects, or Government Reviewers. This part-time role will require around 5 hours of collaboration per week.
