Our client, AI-powered product organization is seeking a UX Designer III to join their team. As a UX Designer III, you will be part of the Product Design & Operations team supporting Prod Ops priority investments. The ideal candidate will have a strong user-centered mindset, the ability to translate research into shippable design work, and a passion for building consistent design systems that help teams move faster.

nWhat's the Job?
nLead design research and user insights by running structured feedback sessions, conducting usability testing, and translating findings into prioritized product improvements.
nOwn product design and prototyping by creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, design specs, and interactive prototypes that align stakeholders and support shipping improvements.
nDrive visual and graphic design across the product suite by developing visual identity elements, UI graphics and illustrations, and internal marketing and launch materials for tool rollouts.
nBuild and maintain an internal design system (component library, style guide, patterns) to ensure visual and interaction consistency across the portfolio.
nContribute to front-end execution through “vibe coding,” especially for marketing pages, brand artifacts, and lightweight front-end experiences, while documenting standards and enablement materials.
nWhat's Needed?
n5+ years of UI/UX design experience, with internal tools or B2B products preferred.
nPortfolio demonstrating range across user research, interaction design, and graphic design.
nStrong proficiency in Figma for specifications, prototyping, and design system work.
nExperience designing standards for vibe-coded web apps and ability to manage multiple concurrent design requests with clear prioritization.
nClear communication skills for documenting standards and collaborating with Prod Ops ICs and cross-functional teams, plus self-directed ability to ramp quickly through structured onboarding.
