Marketplace Tech Lead Manager Lead & Grow a Remote Team

Propel is seeking a (Senior) Tech Lead Manager to set the technical direction for our Marketplace team and to lead the engineers who build it. You will own architecture decisions, design reviews, and collaborate with product, design, and data to determine what to build and what to leave untouched.

This player-coach role requires managing 3–5 engineers across sub-teams, onboarding new hires, and driving scalable engineering processes in a predominantly remote environment.
