Remote AI Agent Optimizations Lead SaaS Support

Vanta is seeking an AI Agent Operations Specialist to own Ask-Ilma, our customer-facing AI, and ensure accurate, clear answers and smooth handoffs to support engineers.

You'll bias toward action, ship improvements, govern content, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Education to prep Fin for launches and maintain a strong knowledge base that supports customers.

You will monitor performance, rank improvements by impact, and ensure trust and accessibility in every interaction.
