Senior People Operations Partner (LATAM) (Fully Remote)

This is a senior operational HR leadership role supporting rapid growth across Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru. You will act as a senior HR expert, partnering with HRBPs, Legal, Payroll, and global teams to ensure compliant and scalable HR delivery. Key Responsibilities: Provide advanced multi-country HR operational leadership, including organizational change, restructures, and country expansion. Lead complex employee relations cases, investigations, and sensitive exits while ensuring local labor law compliance. Support works council or employee representative processes and act as a senior escalation point for complex HR matters. Qualifications & Skills: You bring significant HR generalist and operational experience across multiple countries or complex jurisdictions. Strong experience with employee relations, legislative compliance, and organizational transformation is required. You are an excellent stakeholder manager with the ability to coach operational HR team members and drive consistency.
