Clinical & Admin Care Homes Assessor (Hybrid/Remote)

Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a full-time Trusted Assessor Coordinator to support the Care Homes Assessment Team (CHAT). The role includes 50% clinical duties and 50% senior administration, with four days at North Middlesex University Hospital and one day in the office for data collection and MDT coordination with the GP/Geriatrician.

Experience of Excel, Word, Rio, and solid IT skills is essential.
