Remote Senior Business Analyst Agile, Jira & SAFe Lead

Syms Strategic Group, LLC seeks an experienced Requirements Analyst to support VA projects in a 100% U.S.-based remote role. You will lead requirements elicitation, document user stories, manage backlog items in JIRA, and collaborate with IT, users, and leadership within an Agile/SAFe environment.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in software development and SAFe, strong communication, analytical skills, and experience with large data integration efforts. A Master’s degree is preferred.
