CIED Clinician (Hybrid - Remote & In-Clinic)

CIED Clinician / Device Clinic Specialist  (Hybrid | Greater Tampa, FL | Full-Time)

Evoke Medical Care is looking for an experienced CIED Clinician / Device Clinic Specialist to support cardiac device care across the Greater Tampa area.

This is a hybrid role for someone who is comfortable working both remotely and in clinic. You will help support cardiology practices through in-office device checks, remote monitoring, clinical follow-up, and clear communication with providers and clinic teams.

We are looking for someone with real, hands-on device-clinic experience who can step into a growing operation and make an impact quickly.

What you’ll do

• Perform in-office interrogations and device checks for pacemakers, ICDs, CRT devices, and implantable loop recorders.
• Support remote monitoring workflows, including review of device transmissions and timely clinical follow-up.
• Identify and escalate actionable alerts using established clinical protocols.
• Communicate findings clearly with physicians, clinic staff, and internal clinical teams.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and reports within required timeframes.
• Help maintain a strong patient and clinic experience across assigned accounts.
• Travel locally between assigned clinic locations throughout the Greater Tampa area.
• Work a hybrid schedule that includes regular in-clinic coverage and remote work.

What we’re looking for

**Hands-on experience in a cardiac device clinic is required.**

• Experience independently performing in-office interrogations or device checks for implanted cardiac devices.
• Strong familiarity with pacemakers, ICDs, CRT devices, and implantable loop recorders.
• Experience with remote monitoring platforms, device transmissions, and clinical follow-up.
• Strong understanding of cardiac-device function, troubleshooting, arrhythmia interpretation, and escalation workflows.
• Comfortable working independently in clinic settings while collaborating closely with a remote clinical team.
• Clear communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to travel reliably throughout the Greater Tampa area.
• Experience with EHR documentation and cardiology-practice workflows is preferred.
• CRAT certification is preferred or may be required based on role responsibilities, but direct device-clinic experience is most important.

Schedule and location

This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Greater Tampa area. The position includes a combination of remote work and regular in-clinic coverage, with local travel between practices as needed.

During the initial period, the role is expected to include approximately three in-clinic days per week, depending on clinic and patient needs.
