Accounts Payable & Dispatch Coordinator - Hybrid/Remote

The Intersect Group is guiding a growing Odessa company to hire an Accounts Payable & Dispatch Processor. This hybrid role combines paying vendors and coordinating truck dispatches with logistics, balancing accuracy and efficiency.

Training is onsite, then a largely remote arrangement with occasional onsite weeks. You’ll use Oracle and Excel to manage invoices, vendor records, and service coordination while supporting accounting and operations teams.
