• Own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles from SDR to Sales Manager, plus revenue operations and partnerships.
• Focus on execution and throughput using established processes, partnering with GTM recruiter and sales leadership.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including substantive go-to-market hiring.
• Fluent English and Portuguese required; Spanish is a significant advantage; based in Brazil.
• Strong sourcing with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and competitive mapping.

Engagement:
