Associate Director, Global Master Data Management

Owning the Global Master Data Management platform landscape, the full-time Associate Director, Global Master Data Management will manage configurations, workflows, and integration to support the orthopedic organization while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead the continuous assessment and data harmonization for business objectives within the Global Master Data Management platform Provide leadership and mentorship to associates, ensuring they possess the necessary skills to meet business goals Develop and lead systems improvement initiatives to enhance operational capabilities across Master Data Management systems Required qualifications BS or BA degree in Business/IT preferred; MBA or MS is a plus Minimum of 8 years of work experience in a related field, including prior people management experience Experience with MDM platform technologies (e.g., SAP MDG, Reltio) and developing Master Data Management strategies Proven track record of leading teams to achieve quality and process improvements Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment
