Senior ATE Hardware Design Lead – Probe Cards & Load Boards

GlobalFoundries in Richardson, TX is seeking a senior engineer to lead the design and support of ATE hardware for wafer sort and final test. You will develop probe cards, load boards, and interfaces, and work with CAD tools to optimize layouts.
