Job Description

Greylock recently partnered with an exceptional founding team building a new kind of AI-native enterprise company: rethinking how work gets done inside organizations. The product is already live with customers and demonstrating meaningful impact on core business metrics.

We're looking for what the founders describe as a “cracked” product designer. You don't need to have led a design team or spent a decade in the industry. We're looking for someone with unusually strong raw design talent, a steep trajectory, and the ambition to help define a product and company at the earliest stage.

This is a highly hands-on founding role. You'll work directly with the founders and engineering team to shape the product from the ground up — turning complex, ambiguous problems into experiences that feel intuitive, thoughtful, and remarkably simple.

What We’re Looking For

We’re specifically looking for an early-career designer, likely 3–5 years in, who is already operating well beyond their level. We care much more about the slope of your trajectory and the quality of your work than the number of years on your resume.

You’re someone who:

  • Has exceptional product, interaction, and visual design craft
  • Loves 0→1 problems and is energized by a blank canvas
  • Can take a messy, ambiguous problem and quickly turn it into something tangible
  • Moves fast, prototypes often, and has a strong bias toward building and shipping
  • Is curious about AI and actively experimenting with new tools and ways of building
  • Wants significant ownership and the opportunity to work directly with founders

Location:

San Francisco Bay Area, 5 days a week, onsite.

Further details about the company, founders, and product will be shared with qualified candidates.
