Senior Director, Sports Rights & Programming Partnerships

ESPN in Bristol, CT is seeking a Senior Director of Programming Business Affairs to lead sports rights acquisitions, licensing, and rights management for ESPN and TWDC across linear, digital, and emerging platforms.

The role partners with Programming, Legal, Ad Sales, DTC, Finance, and Strategy to drive strategic deals, contractual compliance, and enterprise value. A JD, MBA or related advanced degree is preferred, with 10+ years in sports media and proven leadership experience.
