Lead Product Designer - Equity, Remote, AI-Driven Growth

GetWhys, a fast-growing startup, is seeking a senior product designer to own design across the product from initial ideas to finished user experiences. You’ll help establish design practices, systems, and standards in a fast-moving, autonomous team.

You'll work on complex software and AI-enabled features, shape UX/UI together with product and engineering, and mentor a future design team while remaining hands-on. Remote-first with hubs in Portland, NYC, Boise, and Bozeman.
