As TruTeam’s Senior Director of Epic RCM Services , you’ll play a critical role on our sales team by leveraging your Epic revenue cycle knowledge and network to drive new business acquisition and help scale our organization.

What you Would Do

In this role, you would use your Epic RCM subject matter expertise to engage prospective clients and identify potential challenges or opportunities that align with TruTeam’s service offerings, with a goal of successfully bringing in new clients to expand our portfolio. The position requires the ability to shift your Epic RCM expertise into influence and convert prospects to buyers, while also applying your skills to strengthen our current offerings and delivery.

This position is a client-facing role and requires someone who is willing and able to travel 25%.

Your Focus Areas

• Utilize professional network to identify and engage prospective organizations
• Drive partnership conversations to cultivate and secure new business opportunities
• Serve as TruTeam’s internal Epic Advisor to help increase revenue and expand TruTeam’s client footprint
• Provide Epic revenue cycle expertise across all internal TruTeam departments to strengthen internal knowledge and credibility
• Maintain expert-level healthcare IT knowledge to remain on the forefront of trends to support TruTeam’s strategic direction
• Function as a billable resource in a fractional capacity for key projects and initiatives as needed
• Partner with executive team to accomplish TruTeam’s vision
• Serve as client executive sponsor as needed

Who are You?

You bring over 10 years of Epic revenue cycle experience and a well-rounded background that includes project or program leadership and technical experience. You have 5+ years of experience in planning and leading the implementation and ongoing optimization of innovative technical solutions across numerous healthcare organizations. You have a proven track record of success when engaging with decision makers and a multitude of best practices you can bring to the table to land new business. You’re highly consultative and well-versed at facilitating discovery with clients to uncover challenges and opportunities, which you then convert into recommendations and tailored solutions. You’re confident and skilled at presenting to an executive leadership audience and able to understand their unique needs. And you love building and contributing to highly effective, collaborative teams.

• Strong knowledge of the business development lifecycle and best practices (this can also come from the client side, i.e. vetting and selecting staffing partners)
