About the Opportunity

A global investment firm with a large, complex technology environment spanning on-prem and cloud is looking for a senior identity leader to own its directory and workforce identity platform across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud.

What you’ll own

• End-to-end identity and directory strategy
• Modernization of the current environment and a multi-year roadmap
• Hybrid identity operations and cloud identity adoption
• Security standards, access governance, and day-to-day platform health
• Partnership with security, risk, and infrastructure stakeholders
• Incident response and recovery for identity-related issues
• Mentoring the identity engineering team

What we’re looking for

• 10+ years in infrastructure/identity, including senior architecture or engineering ownership
• Strong background in enterprise directory services and modern cloud identity
• Experience with authentication standards, hybrid identity, and identity security
• Comfortable automating identity work and operating in a regulated environment
• Can explain complex identity topics to both engineers and senior stakeholders
• Track record of leading a team and driving change, not just keeping the lights on
