Director of Scheduling - Data Centers

We are recruiting on behalf of a nationally recognized top-10 general contractor seeking a Director of Scheduling . This leader will oversee enterprise-wide scheduling and support large, complex projects—particularly in the data center sector , as well as other commercial markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling strategy, standards, and processes across multiple regions and projects.
• Develop and maintain baseline and master schedules from preconstruction through completion.
• Provide schedule analysis, risk forecasting, and recovery planning for active projects.
• Support pursuit efforts and project planning with accurate schedule insights.
• Mentor and develop a team of schedulers to ensure strong consistency and performance.
• Present schedule reporting and metrics to project and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction scheduling experience with major commercial projects.
• Proven expertise in data center construction scheduling .
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of critical path, sequencing, and risk analysis.
• Experience influencing project strategy and collaborating with executive leadership.
