Working remotely in California, the full-time salaried Business Systems Analyst II will engage with various business units to translate needs into software solutions, oversee the Software Development Lifecycle, and provide operational support for enterprise-wide applications. Key responsibilities Oversee the Software Development Lifecycle by analyzing and documenting business unit needs and creating detailed specifications Collaborate with product owners to create user stories and manage the product backlog using Agile practices Provide Tier 2 application support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of internal tickets for managed software solutions Required qualifications Minimum two-year degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or Business Administration, or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's degree preferred Four or more years of experience in financial or health services with a focus on technical business analysis and process improvement Experience working in an Agile environment or Azure ecosystem (DevOps) strongly desired Knowledge of financial industry concepts and existing Credit Union products and services Proven ability to analyze and document complex technical business processes
