Senior Advancement Systems Analyst

To support philanthropic efforts, the part-time per-diem Senior Advancement Systems Analyst will analyze data to identify trends, develop predictive models, and manage database systems while working remotely. Key responsibilities Analyze data to identify trends and forecasts that inform fundraising strategies Develop and implement analytics strategies to enhance decision-making and resource allocation Manage and troubleshoot Advancement's database systems, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education Extensive experience with Blackbaud's products, including The Raiser's Edge and Blackbaud NetCommunity Experience in data modeling and report development, including SQL and Power BI Five years of previous database experience Experience with business intelligence reporting tools
