Translating business requirements into technical specifications, the full-time remote Systems Analyst will manage system configurations, execute reporting solutions, and troubleshoot issues while collaborating with stakeholders and vendors. Key responsibilities Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications while maintaining clear documentation and status updates Execute configuration changes and develop reporting solutions to support operational and business performance analysis Act as a liaison between technical vendors and internal stakeholders, facilitating communication and participating in QA and UAT testing during release cycles Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience 1 - 2 years of experience in an analytics or systems support role, preferably in healthcare Familiarity with population health applications, Salesforce/CRM/ERP solutions, and SQL Proven ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights using SQL, Excel, and other data management platforms Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
