Supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of software systems, the full-time Associate Systems Analyst will assist in troubleshooting, provide end-user training, and coordinate projects remotely to enhance operational efficiency and technology integration. Key responsibilities Assist in diagnosing and resolving IT issues, supporting system modifications, and participating in testing activities Collaborate with team members and business partners to communicate project goals and gather requirements effectively Provide end-user support and training, assessing user readiness and developing training materials aligned with organizational workflows Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or two years of relevant experience Proficiency in systems administration and experience with business, clinical, or web application systems Understanding of clinical data management and healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM) Knowledge of cloud-based healthcare applications and web services Commitment to continuous learning and expanding technical knowledge through training and professional development
