Develop PowerPoint presentations and Word Documents containing exercises for training requested by the State.
Record developed training for users to access on demand.
Provide onsite/remote training and support for MME business users including onsite training sessions using a hands-on approach with examples based on the metrics, dashboards, and queries/reports to be utilized by the MME users.
Provide onsite/remote training and support for MME report writers including onsite training sessions using a hands-on approach with examples based on the SMART report writing tools and the data warehouse.
Provide different levels of training including basic and advanced.
Provide one-on-one training as needed and mutually agreed upon with the State.
