Specialty: Wound Care Nurse Practitioner
Start Date: as soon as credentialed. Nov 3 or 10, if we are able to obtain emergency privileges (clean background).
Contract Length: 13 weeks with possibility to extend
Shift Details: 7:30am 4pm Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday
Schedule: .8 FTE
Work Details:
• Support Staff: MD, specialty staff
• Patients per day: Appointments every 20 minutes, up to 20 patients/day
• Patient Population/Age: All Ages
• Department Description: Outpatient Wound Clinic
• EMR: EPIC
• Special Procedures: Perform sharp debridement, biopsies, biologic skin graft applications, apply total contact casts
• Skills Required: Wound Care experience
• Board Certification: required
• License Required: YES. Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days Emergency privs might be possible, with clean history/background
