Job Description

Date: Start as soon as credentialed
Shift times: 5- 8s, 4- 10s or 2- 8s and 2- 12s
Mon-Fri coverage, no call or weekends
Case types: all cases, high-acuity, general bread and butter, ortho, endo, vascular, heads, hearts
14 ORs, OB, EP lab, 2 GI labs, offsite anesthesia
Medically directed model
Supervision ratio- 1:4, 1:3 or 1:2 depending on complexity of cases
EMR: Epic
Requirements: PA license, BC, ACLS, BLS
Credentialing: 90-120 days
