Davis Staffing is seeking motivated Assemblers to support production of battery modules, packs, and electronic components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Job Qualifications Include:
1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
Ability to read and follow SOPs
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift 35-50 lbs
Reliable attendance and ability to work a rotating schedule
Job Responsibilities Include:
Assemble battery modules, packs, and components per work instructions
Perform mechanical and basic electrical assembly (wiring, fastening, placement)
Operate production tools, machinery, and testing equipment
Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Follow SOPs and production schedules
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Job Details Include:
3rd Shift: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM
4 days on / 4 days off rotating schedule
Schedule includes weekends and holidays
Fast-paced manufacturing environment
Required use of PPE
Overtime may be required based on production needs
