PARTY MAXX NETWORK is a veteran-owned event service provider serving DFW and North Texas. We are building a dependable crew for flexible, part-time, temporary, event-based assignments. One call. We do the rest.

Pay
$15 $22 per hour, based on experience, assigned responsibility, and event requirements
Entry Crew: $15 $17 per hour
Experienced Crew: $19 per hour
Crew Lead: $22 per hour when assigned lead or supervisor duties
Four-hour minimum for each confirmed assignment

What Youll Do
Set up and break down tables, chairs, tents, dcor, equipment, and other event materials
Load, unload, move, organize, and account for event equipment and supplies
Support guest check-in, wayfinding, line management, and general guest needs
Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
Follow event timelines, site instructions, dress requirements, and safety procedures
Help clean and reset venues after events
Communicate professionally with clients, guests, venue teams, and fellow crew members

What Were Looking For
Dependable, punctual, professional, and ready to work as part of a team
Reliable transportation to event locations throughout DFW and North Texas
Availability for flexible event schedules, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and safely lift or move up to 50 pounds
Strong customer-service and communication skills
Event setup, hospitality, logistics, warehouse, moving, or guest-services experience is helpful but not required for entry-level crew
Lead or supervisor experience is required for Crew Lead assignments

Assignment Details
Assignments are offered based on event needs, experience, availability, performance, and location. Hours and assignment volume are not guaranteed. The $22 Crew Lead rate applies only when you are assigned lead or supervisor responsibilities.
