The Construction Administrator will play a key role in supporting construction projects within the property industry in Buffalo. This role focuses on ensuring smooth project coordination and documentation to assist the construction team in achieving successful outcomes. Client Details A company operating in the property industry based in Buffalo. Description Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and schedules. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met. Track and report project progress, identifying any issues or delays. Maintain accurate records of project expenses and budgets. Assist with procurement of materials and equipment for construction projects. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Support the construction team in day-to-day administrative tasks. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns.
