Now Hiring: Seasonal Marketing & Mascot Team Member
Do you have enough personality to stop traffic possibly while dressed as an eagle?
ATAX is looking for an outgoing, energetic person to help us get noticed in the community during tax season. This is a hands-on local marketing position that may include wearing the ATAX mascot costume , helping at community events, distributing promotional materials, creating excitement around our locations, and encouraging potential customers to learn more about ATAX.
If sitting behind a desk all day sounds boring, this might be your kind of job.
What Youll Do
Represent ATAX at local events and promotional activities
Wear and perform in the ATAX Eagle mascot costume as needed
Wave signs and help attract attention to ATAX locations
Distribute flyers, promotional materials, and giveaways
Engage with members of the community in a friendly, upbeat way
Help promote tax school, seasonal hiring, and tax preparation services
Assist with simple photos, videos, and social media content
Help set up and break down promotional displays
Support other grassroots and local marketing activities during tax season

Can work independently and follow basic promotional instructions
Are dependable and show up when scheduled
Are comfortable being outdoors for portions of a shift
Can safely wear and move around in a mascot costume
Are comfortable appearing in occasional photos or social media content
Have reliable transportation to local promotional activities
Marketing experience is welcome, but not required. Personality, reliability, enthusiasm, and a willingness to interact with the public matter more.
