Job Description: QM Advance is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and creative ISO Representative & Social Media/Content Creator professional to join our team long term. (Bilingual English-Spanish)
This position combines ISO relationship development, client portfolio management, and social media/content creation. We are looking for someone who is excellent with people, comfortable building new relationships, and interested in growing with the company.

Responsibilities
Social Media & Content
Create content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
Be comfortable appearing on camera and representing the company
Help maintain a consistent content and posting schedule
ISO Relationships & Business Development
Identify and reach out to new ISOs and brokers for potential partnerships
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with ISO partners
Consistently follow up with partners and develop new sources of business
Grow a personal network of active ISO relationships
Client Portfolio Management
Build and manage your own portfolio of clients
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients in your portfolio
Identify opportunities for renewals, additional financing, referrals, and repeat business
Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with social media management and content creation
Video editing experience preferred
Experience in customer relations, sales, account management, marketing, business development, or a related field
Comfortable communicating by phone, text, email, and social media
Confident initiating conversations and building professional relationships
Highly organized with strong follow-up and time-management skills
Comfortable managing and growing a portfolio of clients
Creative, personable, self-motivated, and results-driven
Seeking a long-term career opportunity with growth potential
Previous MCA/ISO experience is a plus but not required. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
Compensation
Base salary + Commission
$50,000 - $200,000
This position offers stable guaranteed income combined with commission opportunities as you grow your client portfolio, develop ISO partnerships, and generate new business.
The goal is to build a long-term portfolio of clients and industry relationships while becoming an important part of QM Advance's social media presence and brand.
