What You'll Be Doing
Perform cosmetic repairs on alloy wheels (curb rash, scratches, bends, etc.)
Use tools and machinery to sand, fill, paint, and finish rims
Ensure high-quality, consistent workmanship
Maintain clean, safe, and organized shop workstations
Collaborate with shop manager and techs to hit production goals
What We're Looking For
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Experience in automotive, painting, refinishing, or related trades preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Willingness to learn and take feedback
Punctuality, professionalism, and pride in your work
Compensation
Hourly Pay (Based on experience)
