Able to diagnose needed repairs and additional items that are in the customer's best interest
Able to perform repairs and maintenance on light duty trucks and some cars
Possess a valid driver's license
Possess necessary tools to perform the required tasks
Be timely and dependable
Attend and participate in training classes as required by management
Report problem areas to management
Maintain a clean work areas, between jobs
Maintain a low rate of comeback repairs
Achieve and maintain ASE certifications in your area of automotive repair
Test drive you truck/car after the repairs to confirm the repairs are 100%
