The Experienced Residential Service Electrician plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality electrical services within residential settings. Working as part of a team and reporting to the Customer Success and Operations Managers, this position emphasizes technical skills, professionalism, and strong customer interaction WITHOUT the pressure of high sales targets. Ideal candidates will have extensive hands-on experience and a commitment to safe, efficient workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical issues in residential properties
• Perform wiring installations according to code and client specifications
• Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and clear communication
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment
• Collaborate effectively within a small team

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential electrical service
• Valid Electrician License (Wireman, Journeyman, or Master preferred)
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
• Proficient in residential wiring techniques
• Excellent customer service and professional demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with residential and/or light commercial electrical work
• Resides within reasonable commuting distance to the office
