Western Prairie Processing - Rhame, North Dakota
Western Prairie Processing is seeking a motivated, dependable leader to join our team in Rhame, ND. This position is ideal for someone with experience in grain handling, grain elevator operations, industrial maintenance, millwright work, management, or a combination of these skills.
The successful candidate will play a key role in keeping our facility operating safely and efficiently while helping maintain equipment and supporting daily grain handling operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor grain receiving, storage, and loadout systems
- Assist with grain quality control and inventory management
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on conveyors, elevators, bearings, motors, and related equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and minimize downtime
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Assist with seasonal harvest operations and other facility needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a grain elevator, feed mill, processing plant, or similar industrial environment
- Millwright, mechanical maintenance, welding, or fabrication experience
- Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Management experience
