Job Description
The Elite Nanny Team is seeking an experienced, nurturing, and dependable full-time nanny for a wonderful family with two young children. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional nanny who has a strong background in infant and toddler care and understands the importance of creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally supportive environment.
The family has a 3-month-old infant and a 14-month-old toddler. The nanny will work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, providing attentive, hands-on care for both children throughout the day.
Full-Time Nanny Responsibilities
The nanny will take responsibility for the children's daily care, routines, meals, activities, and overall well-being.
Responsibilities include:
Providing attentive and nurturing care for a 3-month-old infant and 14-month-old toddler
Preparing formula and breast milk bottles according to the family's instructions
Properly sterilizing bottles and maintaining clean feeding equipment
Preparing nutritious, age-appropriate foods such as sweet potatoes and oatmeal
Supporting healthy feeding routines and introducing appropriate foods
Establishing and maintaining consistent nap routines
Reading books to the children throughout the day
Engaging the children in music, learning, and age-appropriate developmental activities
Creating stimulating activities that encourage language, cognitive, sensory, and motor development
Taking the children outside for walks, fresh air, and age-appropriate play
Providing attentive supervision during indoor and outdoor activities
Preparing baths and assisting with children's bathing routines
Keeping the children's areas clean, organized, and ready for daily activities.
Maintaining a clean kitchen after preparing children's meals and bottles
Completing children's laundry only
Following the family's established routines and childcare preferences
Prioritizing safety, cleanliness, and the children's comfort throughout the day.
Professional Nanny Qualifications
Significant professional nanny experience is essential, particularly experience caring for toddlers and infants. The ideal candidate understands the developmental needs of young children and can confidently balance the needs of two children at different stages.
The successful candidate should be dependable, patient, organized, energetic, safety-conscious, and genuinely passionate about working with children. Experience managing infant feeding, bottle sterilization, naps, toddler meals, and developmental activities is highly valued.
A candidate who enjoys reading, singing, music, outdoor activities, and creating meaningful learning experiences will be an excellent fit for this family.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $23.00 $28.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
