Software Developer in Test

Working remotely, the full-time Software Developer in Test will contribute to software design, perform testing tasks, and create automation testing tools and frameworks, ensuring the robustness and performance of production software. Key responsibilities Design and develop test scripts using Python for API and implement automation testing frameworks Execute software testing tasks and maintain tracking of defects in JIRA and Azure Attend Sprint Ceremonies and support production deployments while validating the production environment post-release Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer and Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or related field 5 years of experience in software development or quality assurance roles Proficiency in designing front-end web application tests and performing API tests using Postman Experience with automation tools and frameworks, including Python, Selenium, Cucumber, and Jenkins Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software testing life cycle (STLC) practices
