About the Position
Plumb Bros LLC is looking for an experienced and dependable Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who has strong plumbing knowledge, takes pride in their work, can work independently, and is comfortable handling residential and commercial service work.
The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with customers, property managers, and our team.
Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial plumbing service and repairs
  
• Diagnose plumbing issues and determine the appropriate repair or solution
  
• Install, repair, replace, and maintain plumbing fixtures, piping, valves, water heaters, drains, and related equipment
  
• Troubleshoot water, drainage, and plumbing system issues
  
• Perform drain cleaning, camera inspections, and other plumbing services as needed
  
• Read and interpret plumbing plans and schematics when required
  
• Accurately document work performed, materials used, and recommendations
  
• Communicate professionally with customers, maintenance personnel, and management
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
  
• Follow company safety procedures and plumbing codes
  
• Maintain and properly stock company vehicle and equipment
  
• Complete assigned work orders accurately and efficiently
  
• Work independently while also being able to assist and guide apprentices when needed
  

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Plumber license required
  
• Proven experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing
  
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, tools, and repair methods
  
• Ability to diagnose problems and determine appropriate solutions
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
  
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
  
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
  
• Must be professional, dependable, and willing to work as part of a team
  
• Must be able to lift equipment and materials and perform physical plumbing work
