Position Overview
We are seeking a Service Technician to support customer service requests, equipment maintenance, facilities repairs, and warehouse operations. The technician will respond to service calls involving tanks and pumps, deliver packaged lubricants, perform routine maintenance, and assist with various service-related activities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond to customer service requests and service calls.
- Perform routine maintenance on customer equipment.
- Support facility maintenance and repair activities.
- Organize, inspect, repair, and replenish warehouse materials, equipment, and tools.
- Deliver packaged lubricants and other materials as needed.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to new and inexperienced team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license with a clean MVR.
- Clean criminal background; no felony convictions.
- Reliable working cell phone.
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation.
- Flexibility to work additional shifts, weekends, and holidays when needed.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently without direct supervision.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Travel Requirements
- Local and regional travel required.
- Availability to travel for disaster-response assignments is a plus.
Work Schedule
- Rotating schedule, typically 5 days on / 2 days off.
- May require weekends, holidays, and additional shifts based on business needs
